Orders placed Monday through Friday before 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time are processed for shipping the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time will be processed the next business day. Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time on Friday and over the weekend will be processed the following Monday. Business Days are Monday through Friday excluding UPS holidays. There are no weekend deliveries.
PLEASE NOTE: Our products ship from various warehouses within the continental United States. If your order includes multiple products, your shipments might arrive separately or on different days. We will not refund shipping fees due to missed deadlines by UPS in cases of inclement weather. In any other case of a missed deadline, shipping refunds will be prorated based on the actual delivery date. Our warehouses, with the exception of one, are set up to handle UPS shipments only. If you choose to have your order ship to a PO Box address, we must ship your products via UPS from one or more of our warehouses to this warehouse location prior to shipping via USPS to you. Whenever possible, we strongly recommend that you ship to a street address as your order will ship in the normal UPS time frame as posted above. Once we put your package in transit with USPS, transit time will vary depending upon the time frame required by USPS to complete delivery to your specific APO/FPO/AE location.

How can I track my order?
You will receive a email once your order has been processed and shipped which contains the tracking number for the shipping label or labels that were created for your order. Please allow 24 – 48 hours from receipt of this email for your shipment to show in “In Transit” status in the UPS system. You may track your shipment at www.ups.com website once your package has been scanned at the UPS facility.

What happens if I refuse the package when it is delivered or the package gets returned to sender by UPS?
When a package is returned to sender if UPS cannot complete delivery or if delivery is refused, we receive the item back in our warehouse. We will process a refund MINUS a $20 return fee. For example, if you purchased a $100 item and the package is returned to us, you will receive a refund of $80. Shipping cannot be refunded once delivery has been attempted by UPS.
