Orders placed Monday through Friday before 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time are processed for shipping the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time will be processed the following business day. Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time on Friday will be processed on the following Monday. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday. Business Days are Monday through Friday. There are no weekend or holiday deliveries. Our products ship from various warehouses within the Continental United States. If your order includes multiple products, your shipments might arrive separately or on different days.
Credit or debit card payments, you authorize us to debit your card with the total cost of the items selected including shipping charges and any applicable taxes. Any refunds made in respect of returns will be made to the same card used for the item(s) purchased. Where payment has not been made in full, we may cancel your order and/or suspend any further deliveries to you.
Shipping Charges are flat rate, calculated based on the number of items you order and on the type of shipping option you select. When you check out, you will be able to see how much you are being charged for your shipment.

EXCHANGES / RETURNS:
Please email us here: email@example.com within 5 business days of receiving your order to let us know you would like to exchange your item. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging unaltered. Please include your order number, your name and what it is you want to exchange. Please keep in mind that exchanges are subject to available stock. Please let us know what item/size you need and we will check to see if it is available. If we do not have your desired item/size in stock you may exchange for another item of equal value if available. Buyer is responsible for all ship cost when exchanging item(s). Exchanges will not be accepted after 30 days of receipt of your item(s). Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since receipt of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Items that are on sale cannot be refunded.
We will only accept returns on tagged, unworn and unaltered clothing. Shirts must be pinned and in the original packaging. Shoes must be unworn. Suits must be on hangers. We will not process a refund or exchange if items are sent back to us in anything other than new condition with original tags attached.
HOW TO RETURN:
We understand that from time to time items may need to be returned for various reasons, so we are happy to offer a hassle free, 30 day return policy. We want you to feel confident shopping with us knowing that you are welcome to return your order to us within 30 days for a full refund.
STEP 1: Start a return for the item(s) by sending a return request to: firstname.lastname@example.org. Your return request must include:
a. Your order number
b. The item(s) name and quantity of items you need to return.
c. The reason for your return.
STEP 2: Wait for authorization. If your return is within the valid returns period we will authorize your return with an email that will include a Return Merchandise Authorization Number and all the information you need to return your item. Returns without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization Number will not be accepted and will be refused.
STEP 3: Ship your return back to us using the shipping of your choice. For your benefit please ship using a traceable service that provides you with a tracking number so you can track your return. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping cost.
STEP 4: Once your return is delivered to us, please allow 7-10 business days for our returns department to process your return.
TO QUALIFY FOR A FULL REFUND YOUR RETURN MUST:
1. Be received on or before the 30th day from the day the item(s) was delivered to you.
2. Be in brand new condition not showing any signs of damage or wear.
3. Include all original packaging, accessories, hang tags, stickers, wrapping and garment bags that came with the item.
4. Not be altered in any way.
- Authorized Returns received after 30 days from the day you received the item will be charged a 25% late fee.
- A $10 deduction will apply to returns that are missing a garment bag or hanger.
THE WRONG ITEM, AN INCOMPLETE ORDER OR DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE RECEIVED:
Please email us at email@example.com within 48 hrs of delivery to let us know if there is an issue with your order. We will be happy to send you a pre-paid shipping label to return defective or incorrect merchandise and we will do our very best to send a non-defective replacement or the correct item(s) to you immediately. In the event that we are out of stock we will refund you promptly.
Any orders received damaged, dirty or missing parts or pieces must be reported to us within 5 business days to qualify for full refund and free return shipping. We feel 5 business days gives the customer a generous amount of time to unpack the item and inspect it for any possible imperfections. We are unable to honor claims or damage after 5 business days.
IMPORTANT ORDER INFORMATION:
1. We receive a high volume of messages and we do our best to respond as soon as possible within 24-72 hrs.
2. WE ARE NOT ABLE TO CANCEL OR CHANGE ORDERS AFTER THEY ARE PLACED. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR ORDER AND SHIPPING ADDRESS ARE CORRECT BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER.
3. Packages that are returned to us due to refusal of package upon delivery or a return to sender will be charged what it cost us to ship the package to you.
4. Orders returned to us as undeliverable due to address being entered incorrectly by customer when purchasing or returned as undeliverable due to several delivery attempts made, are welcome to pay to have the item re-shiped. Rates are $15.99 for suits and blazers, $5.99 for pants, $5.99 for shirts. If buyer chooses not to have package reshipped the buyer will be refunded in full minus what we paid to ship your order and a 25% restocking fee.
You agree to fully indemnify us, our officers, employees, agents and suppliers, immediately on demand, from and against all claims, liability, damages, losses, costs and expenses arising out of any breach by you of these terms and conditions or by your use of this website, or the use of any other person accessing this website using your shopping account or your personal information.
We make every effort to ensure that the images of the Products on our website are accurate. However because of differences between monitors the color you see of the Product may not accurately reflect its true color.
